What currency will I be billed in?

When you purchase on beoceanbikinis.com you are billed in Mexican Pesos ($MXN) because "Be Ocean Bikinis," is a Mexican based company.

IMPORTANT: The exchange rate applied to your transaction is determined by the issuing institution of your debit/credit card. What exchange rate is used to display prices?

The applicable exchange rate used to display pricing in www.beoceanbikinis.com is based on the official exchange rate published by the Bank of Mexico on its official website: www.banxico.org.mx.

What currency do you use on your pricing?

We process all transactions in Mexican Pesos ($MXN) because we are a Mexican based organization.

We offer a convenient conversion widget on our site for your convenience. It will provide you a very accurate estimate of commonly used currencies based on the official exchange rate from BANXICO.ORG.MX. Mexico´s official institution for financial indicators.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that we process all transactions in Mexican Pesos ($MXN), and it will be the ISSUING INSTITUTION of your debit/credit card that determines the applicable exchange rate for your transaction on this site.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We process our payments through STRIPE. We accept all major debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mercado Pago, Paypal, and Kueskypay.

How will this transaction show on my bank statement?

The purchase will be labeled as "Be Ocean Bikinis MX" on your statement.

Will I be provided a tracking number?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive one, please send an email to customerservice@beoceanbikinis.com. All orders require a signature upon delivery, so make sure the address you provided is attended during business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. We cannot ship to PO BOXES, so be sure to provide a valid address.

Can I exchange or Return my swimsuit?

Swimwear is considered an intimate garment, and as such, we do not accept exchanges or returns for health and hygiene reasons. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON DISCOUNTED OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. For clothing exchanges, you have 3 days to request an exchange of your item(s) from the date you received the order. If you have any concerns regarding a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at devoluciones@beoceanbikinis.com so that we can address the matter promptly.

How can I track my Order?

Can I change or modify my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to modify the shipping address or change your order, please contact us at ventas@beoceanbikinis.com within 8 hours of placing the order. We won't be able to make changes after that period.

About Shipping

What courier service providers do you operate with?

For shipments within Mexico, we use ESTAFETA.

For international shipments, United States and Canada, we use DHL.

How long does shipping take after it's been dispatched?

For shipments within Mexico, we estimate 2 to 3 business days.

For shipments to the United States and Canada, we estimate 4 to 5 business days.

Please consider possible delays due to customs procedures, which are beyond our control.

Will I be provided a tracking number?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive one, please send an email to customerservice@beoceanbikinis.com. All orders require a signature upon delivery, so make sure the address you provided is attended during business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver orders within Mexico in 3-5 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY). International Orders: 4-5 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY). International orders may experience occasional delays due to the customs process. These delays are beyond our control.

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination.

For shipping within the Mexican Republic, it's $149 pesos, including VAT.

Shipping to the United States and Canada costs $549 pesos, including VAT.

Shipping to the rest of the world: $989 Pesos, Including VAT.

How are Duties and Taxes calculated?

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, their place of manufacture, the shipping destination, and the value of your purchase, and they are added to the total of your order in the shopping cart. Taxes and duties are non-refundable. If you have other questions about taxes and duties, please contact our Customer Service team at ventasinternacionales@beoceanbikinis.com. This charge is determined by the local customs authority and includes:

  1. The Value Added Tax applied by your country, and;
  2. The duties charged for processing in your country."

Will Taxes & Duties be included in my order total?

The way taxes, duties, and other customs charges are handled depends on the country to which the shipment is made. In some countries, shipments are made without the need to pay additional taxes and/or duties. This means you won't have to pay these charges separately when receiving your order. In other countries, you can choose to pay them in advance at the time of purchase or upon receiving the order. Please refer to the list below to learn about the options available in your country.
