👐 Hand wash or gentle cycle. We recommend washing the garments by hand or on a gentle machine cycle to avoid excessive wear.

🧼 Use mild detergent. Using a mild detergent will help preserve the colors and fabrics of our bikinis.

⛔️ No fabric softener. Avoid using fabric softener as it can damage the materials and elasticity of the garments.

⛔️ No ironing and no dry cleaning.

👏 Avoid rubbing or wringing. Handle the garments with care when washing and avoid rubbing or wringing to prolong their lifespan.

⛔️ No chlorine. Chlorine can discolor and weaken fabrics, so it's important to avoid it in the wash.

💨 Air dry. Air drying bikinis is the best option to maintain their quality and original shape.

🌞 Protect from direct sunlight. Avoid exposing the garments to direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading.

⚙️ Avoid rough surfaces. When storing or transporting bikinis, make sure to avoid rough surfaces that may damage the fabrics.

How long does shipping take after it's been dispatched?

For shipments within Mexico, we estimate 2 to 3 business days.

For shipments to the United States and Canada, we estimate 4 to 5 business days.

Please consider possible delays due to customs procedures, which are beyond our control.

What should I do if I am reached by the shipping company or customs office?

In some cases, the shipping company may contact you to request information. If they ask you to confirm your address or verify a delivery window, please do so, as this will expedite the delivery date. Can I change or modify my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to modify the shipping address or change your order, please contact us at ventas@beoceanbikinis.com within 8 hours of placing the order. We won't be able to make changes after that period.
